'Apprentice' Printer Program
I am one of two participants selected for the Australian Print Workshop (APW) 2025 ‘Apprentice’ Printer Training Program. The program develops the technical skills of emerging artists to nurture the next generation of printmakers. As part of the APW team, I will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled senior printers, gain hands-on studio experience and work collaboratively with visiting artists. Two placements are offered each year, with the program running in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Digital Landscapes
Digital Landscapes is a series of abstract works. Prints play with colour, texture and repetition to create interpretive vignettes and glimpses of different ‘landscapes’.
By altering orientation, colour and composition, the artist uses and reuses the same plates to create entirely new forms. Digital Landscapes combines elements of various printmaking techniques. These methods bring distinct characteristics to the final works; grainy texture/s and imperfections juxtaposed against clean lines and shapes. In interpreting each work, consideration should be given to the interplay between shape/s, composition and, perhaps most importantly, colour. In this manner, audiences become the lens through which new landscapes emerge. For further information regarding the exhibition, and to view works for purchase, visit Red Gallery.
Opening night: 3 May, 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Graduate Residency - Megalo Print Studio
In 2023, I received the RMIT University Graduate Residency Award which provides a month’s access to Megalo Print Studio, Canberra. I undertook this residency between February and March 2024. This residency was an amazing opportunity to learn more about print from different artists. The staff and members of the studio were extremely supportive and made my experience all the more special; I will always cherish the time I spent at this incredible print studio. At Megalo I worked principally on Digital Landscapes, producing a majority of the works for this exhibition there.
